Gold Filled
Gold filled jewellery are made from hollow tube of 14k gold that is filled with a base metal. The exterior of the gold filled item is solid karated gold and everything you can see or touch is a solid layer of gold. This tube of karated gold is made by bonding the karated gold with the base metal using heat and pressure. With normal wear and tear and careful cleaning the karated gold will never tarnish, chip or wear off. By law, the layer of karated gold has to be at least 1/20 of the total weight of the entire metal portion of the item. Using gold filled material is much more expensive than using sterling silver or some type of base like copper.

Care Instructions
Caring for your 14k gold filled item is as easy as caring for any gold jewellery. Please keep away from any chemicals. To prolong the life of your jewellery avoid contact with water and chemicals such as perfumes whenever possible. It is advisable to remove all jewellery when sleeping or showering. It is best to keep your gold filled pieces stored individually, in their box if possible, to avoid exposure to harmful elements and prevent delicate chains from becoming tangled. Clean gold filled jewellery with mildly soapy water, rinse well and pat dry with a soft cloth. Polish gently with a jewellery polishing cloth.

Shopping Info
If you find that what you receive is not what you wanted, NAIA London is happy to provide you with an exchange or a refund (excluding the shipping fee). Security tags are placed on each NAIA London jewellery item. If this security tag is removed or damaged a refund or exchange will not be granted.
Please follow the steps below for a refund:
- Email us through our contact page within 7 days after you receive the merchandise and let us know what items you would like to return. We will reply with a return authorisation number and a return address.
- Ship back to us via a traceable carrier (Fedex, DHL, UPS) within 7 days of receiving our return authorisation number. Shipping time will not be counted in the return time.
All items will receive a full refund provided that all requirements are met. Return shipping is payable by customers.
Each item must be returned in the condition it was sent, it must have all the original packaging with collateral materials.
Please ensure that you write the return authorisation number clearly on the shipment paperwork.
Damaged goods due to customer's negligence will not be accepted for a refund.
When we receive the item, it will be examined for wear and tear. Once inspected and no damage is noted we will refund your account.
All our jewellery is designed and hand assembled with the highest quality. Customers are suggested to wear and care for their jewellery in the same way they would with fine jewellery. Our warranty only covers damages that are not caused by accident, inappropriate use or wear and tear.
To claim a repair service please follow these steps:
- Email us on our contact page to notify us of the problem, please send pictures of the problem if you can, and wait for a response from us. You will be given repair authorisation and a return address.
- Send the package via a traceable carrier so that you can track your package if necessary.

Shipping Info
Most orders can be shipped within 7 days, depending on stock availability. 
We will send you an email notification the day your order has been made and a following email notification when it is shipped with a confirmation of shipment and tracking number.
All NAIA London jewellery is shipped in our exclusive branded boxes.

For a limited time NAIA London is providing free shipping within the UK for any order. Shipping charges will appear when you add your chosen item/s into the Cart, before your payment. NAIA London provides free shipping to orders that are over the value of £120. If an item is returned that received free shipping, then the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. If an item is returned that makes the value of the remaining order less than £120 then the shipping fee will be deducted off the refund amount.
